Model files and survey data are large and move between office and field daily.
Machines work from digital models, often miles from the nearest office. Heavy equipment, remote sites and tight margins leave little room for a crew waiting on information.
Each of the three has to be right, and they are usually bought from different companies. We compare them together.

Modern excavators cut to a digital model, corrected in real time over a cellular link. On a site at the edge of coverage, the correction signal comes and goes, and each time it does the operator is back to stakes and guesswork.
An advisor compares how each mobile carrier actually performs at that site before the equipment is committed, and puts the machines on the one that works there. The next site may need a different carrier, and that is fine. An independent consultant has no reason to keep you loyal to a network that does not reach your work.
